New Emerald Angle Comes Packed With Enhanced Features

Early 2012 has seen a new jewel placed in the Denticator crown, with the debut of the Emerald disposable prophy angle.

Sporting a glossy emerald green color, this new prophy product fits in perfectly with the established Original Green and Diamond angles, while also providing some exciting new benefits and design enhancements.

Perhaps the most striking update is a 17-degree bend at the neck of the angle, which helps to create a more ergonomic option for reaching all areas of the mouth. Newly added ridges on the bottom of the angle also make for easier use.

Additionally, the Emerald’s cup features ridges on the inside and the outside, reducing splatter and offering better interproximal cleaning abilities.

But the changes aren’t just limited to the cosmetic; a new hybrid gearing design takes aim at improving clinician comfort even further.
