Water Resistant July 4th Patriot Hat
Ever have those moments where you look good, but want to look GREAT? Does it also just happen to be July 4th? What better way to join the festivities than making your own patriot newspaper hat from a bib! Make sure to fold it inside out to use the plastic liner for rain-proofing.
